Mrs. Frances Gerlich, 75, died at 10:45 o'clock Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Grones, after an illness of about four years. Rosary services will be held in the chapel of the Aderhold Funeral Home Thursday night at 8:30 o'clock. The funeral services will be held in the chapel at 9:00 o'clock and at the Catholic Church at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning with the Rev. Lad Klimicek officiating. The interment will be at the Catholic Cemetery. Survivors are her five daughters, Mrs. Mary Ihlenfeldt of Aquilla, Mrs. W. J. Jurcik of Dallas, Mrs. Anna Hajek of Los Angeles, Cal., Mrs. Emilie Grones of Waco, Route 5, Mrs. Helen Hubik of South Gate, Calif.; one son, Edward Gerlich of South Gate, Calif., and 17 grandchildren. Mrs. Gerlich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Strakos, was born in Czechoslovakia on Dec. 16, 1868. She came to this country at the age of 16 in 1888. She was married to Anton Gerlich, who passed away on Jan. 20, 1925. Except for the past few years when she lived with her daughters, she has been a resident of West.
