OVETT - Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Welcome Home Jesus Name Church for Shelia A. Creel, 52, of Ovett, who died Nov. 14, 2009, at Perry County General Hospital. Burial is in Welcome Home Cemetery. Mrs. Creel was a homemaker and member of Welcome Home Jesus Name Church. Survivors include her husband, David Creel of Ovett; two sons, Tommy Creel of Leakesville and Russell Creel of Ovett; a daughter, Nikki Downing of Ovett; a sister, Francis Sanders of Ovett; two brothers, Roger Nichols of Grand Bay, Ala., and Edward Nichols of Ovett; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Beatrice Nichols. Visitation is 5:30-10 p.m. today at Jones & Son Funeral Home and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
