Bio

A memorial service for Cora Lee Oakley Gilmer, 90, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, November 6, 2009, at Lea Joyner Memorial United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Belzoni Cemetery in Belzoni, MS. Mrs. Gilmer passed away Tuesday, November 03, 2009. Survivors include her children, E. L. "Sonny" Gilmer, and Rhonda Cook and husband Brad; grandchildren, Debra Gilmer, Raymond Gilmer, and Veronica Gilmer, great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gilmer and Alexandria Gilmer; sisters, Belle Lambert Nyla Maxwell, Tommie Popham, Threesa Vandergriff, and Lynda Colton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
