Graveside services for longtime Seminole resident Jimmy Joseph Novotny are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Cemetery in Prague with Father Joe Knight officiating. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole. Mr. Novotny died on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at the age of 65. He was born on April 22, 1941 to Charlie Joseph and Jewel Marie Janota Novotny. His parents, one brother, John Novotny and sister, Betty Ann Novotny preceded him in death. He is survived by his former wife, Linda Novotny-Barnes of Seminole; son, Jimmy Joseph Novotny Jr. of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Brenda Dulaney and Kellie Jo Novotny, both of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Donnie Novotny of Seminole and Frank Novotny of Shawnee; five sisters, Dorothy Kroos of Prague, Louise Wilkerson of Meeker, Nancy Cagle of Shawnee, Jeannie Quary of Meeker and Jane McGill of Prague and three grandchildren.
