Bio

Willie Leslie Arnold of Decatur died Sunday at a Decatur Hospital. Funeral was Wednesday at Cates Street Church of Christ in Bridgeport. Burial was in Eastside Cemetery. Mr. Arnold, 80, was born in Bowie. He was retired, the former owner of a coin-operated laundry in Bridgeport. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Edith Arnold of Decatur; stepson, P. E. Stephenson of Houston; two daughters, Mrs. Russell Cox of Houston and Mrs. Jon House of Ruidoso, N.M.; two brothers Floyd Arnold of Bowie and Bennie Arnold of Stephenville; and a sister Effie Mae Watson of Stephenville.
