Bio
Mr. Culvey was a resident of Graham for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alpha Cleo Culvey in 2008. Survivors at time of death included one daughter, Sandy Sewing of Klamath Falls, Oregon; one son, Ray Culvey of Sherwood, Arkansas and three sisters, Lou Kelly, Lois Hickerson and Jerri Perini.
