Bio

Della was the daughter of William A. and Margaret Olean Jackson Franklin, also buried at Shiloh. She was married to Baxter Starnes. She is buried next to an infant daughter, Letha Olide Starnes. Baxter is not buried beside Della. Per my cousin, Robert Jackson, the grave digger at that time, when digging beside Della to bury Baxter, the workers found that another person was buried there. They do not know who the other person was/is buried in that space.
