Jack Worthington Crowell, age 64, passed away on October 21, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born July 15, 1945 in Boise, Idaho to Raymond J. and Erma Mae Crowell. Jack was a quiet kind and honest gentleman who attended schools in Idaho and Nevada as well as the University of Utah and was an avid UTES fan. He most recently owned his own CPA business. Married and divorced from Silvia Pites. Married to Charlene Crowell on August 30, 1984. Father of Jonathan Crowell, Benjamin Crowell, and Zacary (Megan) Crowell, K.R. Heiden (Tara), Michelle Heiden. Grandpa to Sam, Audrey, Alex, Nygelle, and Tehya. Brother to Raymond Crowell (deceased) and Lon Crowell. Preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Erma Crowell. We will miss our beloved husband, father, and brother. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive (1495 East), East Millcreek, Utah with a viewing one hour prior to the services.
