Obituary – Mrs. Nettie Knox Contributed to Genealogy Pit Stop By Saundra Lee Anderson Monday. June 5, 1972 The Evening Review, East Liverpool, Ohio Mrs. Nettie Fay Knox, 82, of Washington St., Newell, died today at 5:20 a.m. en route to City Hospital after she became ill at home. She had resided with a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Gladys) Newman. A native of Ravenswood, W. Va., Mrs. Knox was born Feb. 8, 1890, a daughter of Andrew and Lucinda Lee Howell. She had resided her lifetime in the Chester – Newell area and attended the Christian Church of Newell. Her husband, John Knox, died in 1938.
