Bio
Norma Dee Mayo was the daughter of Normie Mayo and Jewel Marie York. She married Oliver Alexander Bonner, Jr. in 1948 and they had one son, Kerry Glenn. They later divorced and she married Benny Eldridge. Norma moved to Graham, Texas in 1990 from Cross Plains, Texas. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors at time of death included her husband, Benny Eldridge of Graham; one son, Kerry Glen Bonner of Katy, Texas; two step daughters, Beverly Castle of Fort Worth and Kelly Cantu of Fort Worth; two sisters, Doris Blocker of Odessa and Mozelle Brown of Clear Lake, Florida. Mayo of Fairfield have announced the betrothal of their daughter, Miss Norma Mayo, above, 4312 1/2 Gaston, to Oliver A. Bonner Jr., 5011 Victor. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Bonner, also of Fairfield. Fairfield will be the scene of the wedding July 24. Miss Mayo is a graduate of the Joinerville High School and her husband, a Fairfield High School graduate, received his degree from Texas A&M College. He served three years in the Army Air Forces, one year in the European theater and was released as a second lieutenant.
