Bio

HOBBS Thomas M. "Tom" Hobbs Sr., 92, a long time farmer, native and resident of Rosinton, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2009. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Survivors include his son, Tommy Hobbs of Rosinton; brother, W.D. "Dub" Hobbs, of Rosinton; two grandchildren, Thomas Hobbs and Megan Hobbs; and one great-grandchild, Laikyn Stewart. Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 19 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Emerson officiating. Burial was in the Old Cooper Cemetery in Rosinton. The family requests memorial donations be made to the Old Cooper Cemetery Fund. Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
