Born April 27, 1934 in Sulpher, OK to Henry & Eva Cisson and passed away September 20, 2006 at her home in Mesquite. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Garvin; son, Jimmy Wayne Garvin and grandson, Randall Sewell. She was survived by daughter, Debbie Sewell; son & daughter-in-law, Joe & Debbie Garvin; grandchildren: Bryan, Jacob, Tiffany, Sharon, Debbie & Jason; sister, Norma Jean Farmer; many other family and friends. Visitation is 1-9p.m. Friday, September 22, 2006 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00p.m., Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park. Rev. Sylvester Matthews will officiate the service.
