Bio

Jack is the son of Abraham and Antonia Meixner Reid. He grew up in the Salado and Belton area with his 9 brothers and sisters. He first married Annie Lee Warrick, daughter of James William and Mary "Mollie" Killingsworth Warrick of Salado on April 6, 1929. She died on Oct 28, 1953 from cancer. Jack remained a widower for several years until he married Dorothy Lee Moore, daughter of Ross and Ida Young Moore of Bell County, on Jan 24, 1959. Jack passed away on Nov 11, 1968 at his home near Belton at age 68. He was a kind and loving man who loved helping others. He was loved and respected by all who knew him.
