Bio

Mrs. Ruth Ann Moran, 79, of Hubbard died Mondat, June 6, at a Hubbard nursing home. Born Dec. 18, 1908 in Runnels, she was a longtime resident of Hubbard & had been a member of 1st United Methodist Church in Hubbard since 1945. She married Carl Rudolph Moran, July 27, 1927, in Hubbard. Survivors include her husband; son: John Royce Moran of Deer Park; 2 daughters: Peggy Jean Freeman of Houston & Linda Ann Travis of San Marcos: brother: Dean Gauntt of Pasadena; 7 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Wade Funeral Home in Hubbard with burial at Fairview Cemetery.
