WYOMING - Doris Rae Marshall, age 74, resident of Wyoming, Minn., formerly of Brainerd, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, at Fairview Lake Hospital in Wyoming. She was born Aug. 24, 1934, in Brainerd to Edward and Ivey (Hyatt) Drake. Survivors include daughter, Denice Lynn Higby; sons, Scott Edward and Kathy Marshall, Grant William and Kerri Marshall; seven grandchildren, Addie Jo, Stevi, Joshua, Jessica, Samantha, Karlee and Shelby; five great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Kara, Hayley, Alyssa and Jordan; brothers and sisters, Fran Muller, Mounds View, Betty (Wayne) Wolhart, East Gull Lake, Keith (Diana) Drake, Crosby, David (Laurie) Drake, Breezy Point, Diane (Jeff) Vogt, Brainerd; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers, C. Robert Drake and Shannon (Shy) Drake . Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd with the Rev. Bob Twiton officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
