Bio

Cooper Review- March 31, 1977-John J. McBride died Sunday at 12:05Am at McCuistion Regional Medical Center in Paris. Services were held at 2PM Monday, March 28, in McClanahan and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. J.B. Lancaster officiating. Burial was made in the New Klondike Cemetery. Mr.McBride was born April 5, 1888in Delta County, son of Jonathan and Nan (Bills) McBride. His wife, the former Rhoda Neva Dancer, died July 21, 1965. He was a lifelong resident of Klondike. Survivors include one son, Neff McBride of Klondike; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Thurman Ellis, George House, R.K. Hooten, R.L. Moore, John McCombs and William Hunt.
