Grand Island (Nebraska) Independent Thursday, 18 April 1901, page 3 Sad news was received today by Mrs. Pleyte and J. W. Hansen, it announcing the death of two of the daughters of their sister, Mrs. Clara Rapp of Ashton, Neb. The little ones died within one week and the two other children of the family are sick with the same disease - scarlet fever.
