Funeral services for Mrs. Ray Parker will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Robison Chapel of the Chimes in Meridian with the Rev. Cecil Warner officiating. Mrs. Parker, a long-time resident of the Meridian area died early Tuesday morning, Dec. 25, 1951, enroute to a hospital at Idaho Falls from Arco where she made her home. She was 63 years old. Mrs. Parker was born in Oct. 1890 in Meridian and lived here until moving to Arco two years ago. She married Charles Ray Parker at Meridian, Ida. on Feb. 24, 1908 She is survived by her husband, Ray Parker; four sons, Lt. Com. Alvin Parker of Portland, Ore., Carroll Parker, Bell Gardens, Calif., Leroy Parker of San Diego, Calif., and Ernest Parker, Boise, Ida.; three daughters, Mrs. Alpha Sharp of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Donna Davis of Bell Gardens, Calif., and Mrs. Vella Allison of Caldwell, Ida.; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Gish of Boise, Ida., and Mrs. Lilly Wright of Meridian; one brother, Walter McMullen of Boise and several grandchildren.
