~PRESTON THEODORE "TOMMIE LIVELY~ The son of Thomas Cicero Lively & Emma Burress (Butler) Lively Married to Vella (Elliott) Lively Preston Tommie Lively ran for Sheriff of Houston County, Texas and won. Before he could assume office, he died. He had been attending a party when he became deathly ill. It was speculated that he was poisoned but it was never proven.
