Bio
Son of Louis & Minnie (Innen) Nordmeyer. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Columbus, Nebraska. Robert grew up on a farm outside of Rising City, Nebraska, and graduated from Rising City High School. On January 6, 1945, Robert was united in marriage to Emily Sloup in Papillion, Nebraska. Two children were born to their union, Ronald and Cheryl. Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Emily, parents, and brother Darwin. Robert is survived by his Son: Ron (Jacki) of Tucson, Arizona; Daughter: Cheryl (Rob) Robinson of Tucson, Arizona; Grandsons: Eric (Tiffany) Nordmeyer of Omaha, Erron (Jacey) Nordmeyer of Lincoln; Great Grandson Harrison Nordmeyer; and three nieces: Debbie (Ashton) Weaver of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Diane (Danny) Quinones of Omaha and Donna Nordmeyer of La Vista, Nebraska.
