Bio

Charles was the seventh of nine children: born to James Ross and Mary (Hennegan) Moore. He married Nancy Martha Kisling in 1875 and they were the parents of seven children: Mary Jane, Charles Leon, George Lafayette, Tony Everard, Albert, Mabel Nevada and Floyd Leo.
