Laverne Kimberlin, age 75, passed from the life on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at Hospice House of Odessa. She was born in Winters, TX on July 18, 1933 to Cecil Clyde Stephens and Eula Elemer (Crider) Stephens. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She is survived by two sons: Royce Jarrell of Odessa and Dewayne Jarrell and wife Anzhela of Longview, TX; one daughter: Thresa Harris and husband Willie of Odessa; three brothers: Eule Stephens of San Antonio, TX, David Stephens of Seguin, TX and Troy Stephens of Winters, TX; one sister: Mary Casey of Abilene, TX; eighteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 27, 2009 at Acres West Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Los Angeles Garden of Ector County Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Daniel Jarrell, Chris Jarrell, James Miller, Dewayne Jarrell, Mathew Jarrell, and Eddie Henry. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel
