Bio

MARY ELLON CASEY, 72, of Abilene, formerly of Winters, died July 23, 2015. She was born October 20, 1942 to Cecil and Eula Stephens in Winters and grew up there attending Winters Schools. While in Winters she owned and operated Dot Dot’s Diner, later Casey’s Drive-In for several years. She lived in Odessa and later in Abilene where she was a cashier for Wal-Mart for a number of years. She is survived by her husband, M.J. Casey of Abilene, three children: Todd Casey and wife, Tammy of Abilene, Michelle Brannon of Abilene and Melinda Casey of San Angelo; two brothers: Troy Stephens of Winters and David Stephens of Levelland; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date
