Bio

Born at Postka, Moravia; son of Josef Blazek & Frances Samson who are also buried in Smetana Cemetery. Murdered by the black outlaw, Bob Ballard, during an attempted armed robbery. Ballard was later executed by hanging in 1901. Josef C. Blazek's wife, Josephine Marek Blazek, is buried in the Wheelock Cemetery in Robertson Co., Texas.
