Bio
Albert M. Hansen, 62, Howard County assessor, died at his home in St. Paul Friday night following a heart attack. Mr. Hansen was serving his third term as county assessor and had recently been elected president of the Nebraska Assessor's Association. Mr. Hansen was born June 5, 1896 at Wolbach to Nels and Kathrina Hansen and was married to Stella Fredericksen at her home in Wolbach on February 19, 1919. He leaves to mourn his passing besides his wife: a daughter, Mrs. Noel W. Edmundson of Chillicothe, Texas; five sons, Verden and Mervin of Grand Island, Wayne of Lincoln, Harlan of Hastings and Lyle of Broken Bow; two sisters, Mrs. Marius Larson of St. Paul, and Mrs. Pauline Johnson of York; two brothers, Paul of St. Paul and Louis of Belgrade and nine grandchildren.
