Bio

Celia Virginia Fore was the third daughter of Wiley T Fore and Elinor Brewer Fore. She married James R Rowlett on March 14 1870 in Bastrop County, Texas and was the mother of6 children. After James Rowlett died in 1902, she married William Zebulon Cottle in 1907. She is buried near her first husband James Rowlett and her son Tom Rowlett. She is listed on most older rosters as C.V. Cottle Rowlett and on some others as Mrs C.V. Cottle. W.Z. Cottle is buried in Pearland, Texas.
