Wife of Howell Easley There is a photo of them on the stone. Her maiden name was spelled Calhoon by her parents but some of her brothers used Calhoun. Mrs. Louisa A. Easley, 81, of Pleasantown, Kansas, formerly of Crosses, died Thursday in Pleasanton. She was born May 27, 1886 at Crosses the daughter of John and Minerva Hubbard Calhoun and was a Methodist. Survivors are four sons, Charlie of Kansas City, Kan., John and Silvanus, both of Shelan, Wash., and George of Elkins; two daughters, Mrs. Jimmy Weems of Pleasanton and Mrs. Alice Emprley of Carbondale, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Rosie Duncan of Yakima, Wash.; 24 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
