REST IN PEACE.. BARTLETT — Daniel Paul Balusek, 77, Holland died Friday, July 24, in a Bartlett nursing home. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Goodnight Funeral Home in Bartlett with Dr. Mark Labaj officiating. Burial will follow in Holland Cemetery. Mr. Balusek was born on Oct. 5, 1931, to Henry George and Emilie Roznavek Balusek in Holland. He was a farmer. He married Martha Hopson on Nov. 25, 1989. He was a lifetime resident of Holland. He was a member of Holland Brethren Church and SPJST. He was preceded in death by his wife Martha. Survivors include several stepchildren; two sisters, Evelyn Marie "Mary" Lang of Caldwell and Val Hegar of Thorndale; and many step-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Holland EMS or the Holland Fire Department. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
