Bio

Married Ellen Ruth Godsey on April 19, 1898. Father to: Homer Marvin O'Dell; Ralph L. O'Dell; John Raymond O'Dell; Hugh Gentry O'Dell; Ray Dale O'Dell; James Claude O'Dell; Lee Kimp O'Dell; and Rosa Mae O'Dell. He was the son of Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Tracy O'Dell. Cause of death, per death certificate: cerebral apoplexy & paralysis. Burial: August 1, 1925 Due to City, State, and Library records, it is believed that this grave, marked by a rock, is Evan. He is buried next to his son, Hugh, and grandson, Lloyd. The second picture shows his great granddaughter Nancy standing by the rock. The flower planter by the trees are Hugh & Lloyd O'Dell. The road that is shown curving to the left, leads to the cemetery service garage.
