Bio

Son of Noah and Rebecca (Ross) Weatherly. Husband of Sarah Ellen Barnett. Father of John, Minerva (Klem), George, Solomon, James, C Clinton, and N Elmer. Obituary Franklin G Weatherly died at his home east of this city, at 9 o’clock Thursday evening, January 12, 1905. The deceased was born in Indiana in 1831, and came to Iowa in 1852, and settled in Harrison county the same year. He had lived on the farm where he died for the past 38 years. He leaves a wife and six children to mourn his death. He was a man well respected by all and had a large circle of friends, his genial nature making him friends of all with whom he came in contact. The funeral will be held from the late home of the deceased at 10 o’clock Saturday morning and burial in Frazier Cemetery.
