Parents: Father: DARYL FOWLER Family Mother: MAREN KATRINE CHRISTIANSEN Marriages: Muriel Hone 15 Dec 1947 Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA Obituary of his wife: PLEASANT GROVE — Muriel Hone Fowler, 40, died Friday, Mar. 23 at 9:20 p. m. at a hospital in Hayward, California of uremic poisoning, and complica- tions of childbirth. An infant son survived her by a few hours. Mrs. Fowler was born in Pleasant Grove August 26, 1914 to William M. Adeline Richardson Hone.She was married to Arlin D. Fowler of Lehi, Dec. 15, 1947, at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They lived in Lehi after their marriage, and moved to Hayward three years ago. She was a member of the LDS Church, and was active in the HayVard Ward, in genealogy and in Mutual work. She had served as president of the MIA until shortly before her death. She is survived: by her parents, her husband, and three sons and three daughters. They are Judy, Janina, Robert, Stephen, Donald and Arline Fowler. Surviving also are one brother and four sisters, Rulon J. Hone, Mrs. Rulon (Ida) Brimhall and Mrs. Glenn (Jennie) Gilbert of Pleasant Grove, Mrs. Fay (Lexie) Steel of American Fork, and Mrs. Reed (Vera) Nuttall of Provo. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p. m. March 31, at the First-Fifth Ward chapel at 295 E. 5th S., Pleasant Grove,under the direction of Wing Mortuary at Lehi. Remains may be viewed at the mortuary on Wednesday evening at Lehi, and at the home of her parents at 691 S. S. 3rd E., at Pleasant Grove until time of services Thursday. Funeral services will be under the direction of the First Ward bishopric, the ward Relief Society in charge of flowers. Program numbers have been arranged by members of both families.
