Obituary Gonzales Inquirer Aug. 21, 1919 Died on Sunday, August 17, at 8 p.m., at the City Sanitarium after a serious operation for hemorrhage, Mrs. Otto Wilke. The body was taken to the home of Mr. Ed Harboth, where the funeral conducted by Rev. Dziewas of Shiner will be held at 5 o'clock this afternoon. The procession will move to the City cemetery where interment will be made. Mrs. Wilke was Miss Margaret Rokohl before her marriage. She was taken ill Friday. She was only thirty two years of age and leaves a heart broken husband, and four little children, the eldest only seven years of age, to mourn her passing. The family live between Monthalia and Cost. The Inquirer joins their friends in extending heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved ones. May the all wise Father keep the motherless little ones in His loving care. Mrs. Wilke was a member of the Herman Sisters, Lodge No. 17, Koenigen Louise. The pall bearers were E. Harborth., Albin Harboth, Charles Krause, Aug. Heinmeyer, Henry Thieda and William Strider.
