Son of William and Nancy Ellis Downing Palmer. Isaac and Hannah (Myers) Palmer had 7 children. The burial locations for two of them are unknown. Hannah Belle Palmer "Annie" was born Oct 1 1868 and died Nov 28 1868. Hedgeman Ora Palmer was born June 23, 1879 in Foley, Missouri and died June 26, 1902 when a tractor overturned on him.
