Name: Jacob Rowlee Enlistment Date: 11 Feb 1864 Side Served: Union State Served: Wisconsin Service Record: Enlisted as a Private on 11 February 1864. Enlisted in Company G, 1st Cavalry Regiment Wisconsin on 11 Feb 1864. Mustered Out Company G, 1st Cavalry Regiment Wisconsin on 13 May 1865. Jacob is the son of Shubble and Mary Rowlee. The family originated in Ohio. In 1851 they were located in Jefferson County, WI and by 1860 living in the Ontario, Vernon COunty, WI area. Jacob survived the Civil War. His father and brother did not.
