Bio

JOSEPH PRESLEY (PRES) BIRDSONG Joseph Presley Birdsong and brother, John Wesley Birdsong were twins and the youngest of 13 children born to Gustavis Fremon & Cynthia Carden Birdsong. They were called Wes and Pres by all their relatives and friends. Orlean Parsons was around 10 years old when her father died so Pres helped raise her when he married Beulah Parsons 14 April 1910.
