Military - Pvt. Co. E, 32nd Tennessee Infantry - C.S.A. Information shared by - Mary Bob McClain. BIRDSONG, Henry Lewis The Pulaski Citizen 18 May 1922 While on the Lewisburg & Northern R.R. track near the bridge at Frankewing, Thursday morning, Lewis Birdsong was struck by south bound train No. 1 and killed. Mr. Birdsong was somewhat deaf and probably never heard the approaching cars. The remains were interred at the Dunnivant graveyard at Conway with funeral services by Rev. R. M. Ensor of the Methodist Church. Deceased was the father of Mrs. Tom Birdsong, Frankewing, A. L., and Jessie of Prospect and Ollie Birdsong of Elkton.
