Bio
William 'Bill' Frank Adamek died Tuesday, December 27, 1977 in Bingham Memorial Hospital at Blackfoot, ID. He was born Aug. 1, 1904 at Ord, NE the son of Anton J. and Millie Casper Adamek. He attended Valley County schools and farmed with his father. On Sept. 3, 1937, he was married to Anna Glarborg in Aberdeen, ID. They returned to Nebraska to farm for about 11 years, then moved to Idaho in 1948. They lived first in Firth, then settled in Blackfoot in 1963. He was employed as a furniture and appliance salesman. He is survived by his widow of Blackfoot; a son, Phil Adamek, Lewiston; and a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Linda) Fisk of Pocatello. Also surviving are three sisters; Mrs. Henry (Helen) Bartu of Grand Island, Mrs. Don (Anna) Stewart of Ord, and Mrs. Mickey (Hilda) Simpson of Burwell. There are six grandchildren. Funeral services were on Thursday at Emanuel Lutheran church in Blackfoot with burial in the Grove City Cemetery, Blackfoot.
