Oscar William McCrary first married in Cherokee County, Alabama Ella Jane Harris who died in 1913. They had children: Nettie Ethel, born 1898 Cullman, AL - married C.E. Watwood (probably buried in West Hills Cemetery, Sherman, TX alongside husband C.E.); William E. born 1899 in Alabama (buried in Gunter Cemetery, Tx), Jessie L., born 1902 in Alabama (believe he is buried in Cullman, AL); and Earnest R. born 1911 born in Alabama (buried in Gunter Cemetery, Tx.) Oscar William McCrary's marriage to Myrtle Sheffield is recorded in Etowah County marriage book "T", page 190, December 24, 1914. Their children included Audrey L. McCrary who married Leland Byers (buried in Oklahoma City, OK); and Mildred McCrary who married Delbert Morrison and William Eichelberger (she is buried in West Hill Cemetery); if other children, they are unknown to submitter.
