Bio
Joseph Frank Tabor, Sr. was the son of Anton Taborsky and Josefa Pokorna. He was born on January 27, 1887 in Teplitz, Ostojkovice, Maehren Kroenlande, Austria (Moravia, Czechoslovakia - defunct). He and his brother Frantisek departed from Bremen, Germany on the ship, Koln, and arrived in the port of Galveston, TX on October 5, 1907. At that time, he was using the name Josef Taborsky. Joseph married Frances Blaha in Dallas, Dallas Co, TX on 20 April 1914. They were the parents of one child, Joseph Frank Tabor, Jr, born October 5, 1915 in Waco, McLennan Co, TX.
