Bio
Clarence "Lee" Lievsay, 89, of the Mesilla Valley died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004. He was born Aug. 7, 1915 in Chickasha, OK to Ernest and Edith Smith Lievsay. Lee was a retired farmer here in the Valley and will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Ola Mae Lievsay of the family home; sons David Eugene Lievsay and wife Judy of Apache Junction, AZ and Daniel "Richard" Lievsay and wife Relita of Alton, MO; daughter Cindy Horton and husband Glen of Las Cruces; 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Lee was preceded in death by his son Homer Lee Lievsay and his daughter Ruby C. Sumner. Graveside Service's for Lee will be held today Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Grady McCullough officiating.
