Bio
Daughter of Carl & Mary (Foral) Crha. She graduated from high school in 1944. She married Albert Jisa in Sidney, Iowa on October 25, 1944. They farmed in the Shelby area. Along with raising her family Geraldine also worked on the family farm with her husband. She was a previous member of St. Mary's Catholic Church-Pilsno and currently a member of St. Bonaventure Church. She did volunteer work for the Red Cross, ARC and enjoyed polka music and dancing, playing cards gardening and working at Bay Meadows Trailer Court. She is survived by: Daughter: Janet Bolton of Columbus, NE Son: Jim Jisa of David City, NE Step son-in-law: John Kobza of Columbus, NE Sister: Carolyn Backens of Tomah, WI Brother: Stanley Crha of Bellflower, CA Grandchildren Richard Bolton III of Columbus, Paula Bolton and Kate (Ben) Zygmunt of Kansas City, MO, Step Grandchildren Diane (Todd) Schwank and Dean (Mary) Kobza of Columbus, Dwayne Kobza of Grand Island 4 step great grandchildren and 8 step great great grandchildren.
