Dau. of John & Polly (Haynes) Scobee; David Bachman, first husband. Mrs. Chorda Montgomery of near Connelsville, died Sunday the 16th and was buried Monday at the Morelock cemetery. (Greencastle Journal, Stahl Review, November 20, 1913)
