Edith Inez Williams, 90, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, in Sulphur. She was a native of Dry Creek, and had lived in Ragley most of her life. She was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church of Longville. She was a former clerk for Hodges Grocery Store and former cook at Ragley High School in Longville. Survivors include two brothers, James Hall of Moss Bluff and Robert Hall of Denham Springs; two sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Johnson of Quitman, Ark., and Ruth Young of Jonesville; three grandchildren, Atwood Royer of DeQuincy and Mark Royer and Pam Royer, both of Ragley; six great-grandchildren; and one greatgreat-grandchild. Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, in Myers Colonial Funeral Home of DeQuincy. Burial will be in Perkins Cemetery of DeQuincy. Visitation is 4-9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. Friday.
