Bio

Second child, first son of family of eleven children. Father of two. Tire Plant operator, Paper Mill worker, Handyman, gardener. Everyone called him Joe Hall or Mr. Hall, grandchildren called him PaPaw. In retirement, he was very active with visiting Seniors who could no longer travel to church. Very active with First Baptist Church in Lake Charles.
