Bio

Donald Loy Lester, 65, Rapid City, SD, died Sunday, October 20, 2002. Don was born November 1, 1936, to Loy and Edna Lester in Lyman, SD. He later moved to Rapid City, SD. On January 24, 1964, he married the love of his life, Patricia Hurley. He devoted the last 38 years of his life to his family. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Lester; one son, Daren Lester of Rapid City, SD; three daughters, Pam Rezac, Audra Willey and husband Darin, both of Rapid City, SD, and Lisa Lester of Spearfish, SD; two sisters, Irene Davis of Rapid City, SD, and Lois Glover of Whitehouse, FL; five grandsons, John, Jetto, Cody, Joseph and David; and three granddaughters, Jessica, Jennifer and MaKayla. He was preceded in death by his father; mother; one brother, Ray; and one son, Danny. Visitation will be October 23, 2002, at Behrens Mortuary. Funeral services will be October 24, 2002, at 2 pm at Behrens Mortuary. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Behrens Mortuary, Rapid City, SD, is in care of arrangements.
