Missouri death certificate # 69 0028168 male, white, married, retired real estate deatler. D O A Lester E Cox Medical Center. Father Neri Hoskin, mother Cornelia Holmes. Informant and wife Marie [Hockmuth] Hoskins. Ayre-Goodwin Funeral Home. Interred in Hazelwood Cemetery July 17, 1969. Suggested edit: Garlan G. Hoskin, 71, of 2117 Valley Road, was dead on arrival at Cox Medical Center following a heart attack at 9:20 a.m. Monday. Mr. Hoskin was a member of the First Baptist Church, and a resident of Springfield for eight years. Survivors include his wife Marie; one daughter, Mrs. Caroline Doedyns of Kittredge, Colo.; two brothers, Neri of Ottumwa, Iowa, and Leslie of Marion, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Affa Day of Bloomfield, Iowa, Mrs. Flora Downing of Bloomfield, Iowa; and Mrs. Mary Pearson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and 2 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ayre-Goodwin.
