He was a 32 nd Degree Mason of the Canton Lodge. He graduated from Martins Mill High School. He retired from Proctor & Gamble in Dallas after 39½ years. He was a regular of Chick's Coffee Club. Survivors include his wife, Bennie Stone, Canton; son and daughter-in-law, Richard Glenn and Heidi Stone, Canton; daughter, Jamie Lynn Stone, Dallas; grandchildren, Jessey Lynn Stone and Cassidy Jean Stone; and other relatives.
