Bennie Lou Stone JUNE 29, 1938 – JUNE 29, 2021 Mrs. Stone passed away on her birthday, June 29, 2021 in Canton. She was born June 29, 1938 in Terrell to Hogan and Maurine Anderson Parnell. Bennie grew up in Terrell and raised her family in Mesquite. She was a realtor for many years. She had lived in Canton for the past 25 years and was a member of Little Hope Baptist Church. Bennie was a lady who loved life. She was very loving and generous. She also loved wine. Those that met her, never forgot her. Mrs. Stone is preceded in death by her husband, James Major Stone; daughter, Jamie Sloan; and a son, Rudy Hollick. Bennie is survived by her son, Richard and Heidi Stone of Canton; four grandchildren: Jessey Stone, Cassidy Stone, Christine Moore and Danny Hollick; sister, Susie Sullins of London, England; and her brother, Joe and Cynthia Parnell of Terrell.
