Bio
He was the son of Patrick and Catherine (Doogan) Rush. He was born on the family farm northeast of Savanna, Illinois. Arthur married Wihelmina Marie "Minnie" Siemann December 3, 1919 at St Patrick's Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception in North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska. Minnie was Lutheran, so Arthur must have been Catholic. Arthur and Minnie raised their nephew Frederick William Sieman after he immigrated to America at the age of 13. Frederick W. "Fred" Sieman married Mary Nelson Neville. Owned Rush Mercantile Store in North Platte, Nebraska.
