Marie Ohnoutka Obituary WESTON – Marie K. Ohnoutka, 96, of Weston, died Sept. 13 at her home in Weston. Marie was born on Nov. 25, 1910, to Jacob and Victoria (Zahourek) Tomsicek in rural Weston. She grew up on her parents farm southeast of Weston and was a graduate of Weston High School. She was united in marriage to Raymond Ohnoutka at St. John Church in Weston. She lived most of her life in Weston. She worked as a waitress at the White Way Cafe in Weston and for a short time at a cafe in Wahoo. She was a parishioner at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; grandsons, Kurt Woita, Scott Miller and Russell Woita; brothers, Henry, Emil, Jacob, Bill and Edward and sisters, Lillian and Rose. Survived by daughters and son-in-law, Pat Miller and Mary Lou and Roger Woita of Weston; 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Weston with Rev. Thomas Brouillette officiating. Casket bearers are Buzz Miller, Zach Miller, Robert Ohnoutka, Donald Ohnoutka, Rick Woita and Jeff Woita. Interment will be at St. John Cemetery in Weston. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m., all at the church, also one hour before service on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to St. John School. Svoboda Funeral Home in Wahoo is in charge of the arrangements.
